Return within 14 days of purchase.

Returned items must be in original, brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use such as scratches, scuffs, dings or scrapes on the book/CD or collateral materials. Items must also include all original packaging and accessories or your return may be subject to a return handling charge.

Your refund will be promptly processed upon completing evaluation of your returned item. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges. If you received Free Shipping on your order, the value of the uncharged shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds for cash purchases over $50 will be made by check.

Exchange Policy:
An exchange order, with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item, will be created to ship your replacement. You can use the return label provided to you to send your original item back. You’ll need to return the original item within 15 days to avoid being charged for both the original and exchange items.
